Oklahoma CLASS is supervised by a Board of Directors comprised of eligible governmental entities of the Oklahoma CLASS program. The Board of Directors supervises Oklahoma CLASS and its affairs and acts as the liaison between the Participants, the Custodian, and the Program Administrator. The Board administers the affairs of Oklahoma CLASS and enters into contracts and agreements on behalf of the program. It also selects the Program Administrator, Investment Advisor, and the Custodian subject to the terms of the Interlocal Agreement. The members below constitute the Oklahoma CLASS Board of Directors.
