Join Oklahoma CLASS

Who is eligible to join Oklahoma CLASS?

Oklahoma CLASS is open to all governmental entities within the state of Oklahoma that are authorized to invest in a qualified pooled investment program, which may include but not limited to the following: any county, municipality, or any other political subdivision of a city or municipality. Oklahoma CLASS is an intergovernmental investment pool authorized under 62 Oklahoma Statutes 2021, §348.1(A)(6) and was created by an interlocal agreement by and among state public agencies (the Interlocal) as described in 74 Oklahoma Statutes 2021, §1001 et seq., as amended.

To join Oklahoma CLASS, please complete the following:

Enrolling in Oklahoma CLASS is simple. After reading the Oklahoma CLASS Interlocal Agreement and the relevant Information Statement(s) and Investment Policy, Participants may join the program by completing the following steps:

  1. Read the applicable Information Statement(s) (Oklahoma CLASS)
  2. Complete and submit the Oklahoma CLASS Registration Packet to the Oklahoma CLASS Client Service Team via email or fax at (833) 201-0101.
  3. After the approval of the above documents, your governmental entity will receive confirmation that your account has been accepted as a Oklahoma CLASS Participant.
